Estimating is now faster with three key improvements:
Voice-enabled scope capture — Record materials and room details by voice during walkthrough instead of typing. The dictation history is saved so you can review what was captured.
Damage classification — Replace legacy severity assessments with damage class (1–3) and multi-select damage types (water intrusion, mold, fire, etc.). Moisture assessment now auto-detects the relevant loss type.
Default line items — Create organization-wide default line items in settings (label, code, quantity, unit price). These auto-populate into every new estimate as job-level rows, eliminating repetitive manual entry.
Scope sheet UX — Dimension tiles for each surface type (room, roof, elevation, structure, site) are always visible and clickable to edit work areas inline. Scope notes now flow directly into the Affected Materials section with a two-step record-then-submit workflow.
