Bulk notes, formula preservation, and cleaner scope composer

What's New

Apply a shared note to all selected materials at once. Open the new "Apply shared note" panel, choose append (add to existing) or overwrite, type your note, and save instantly. The action records an entry in Note history for audit purposes.

Bug Fixes

• Quantity formulas now stick: Saving 3*3 stays as 3*3 — no more reverting to 3.
• Code search restores context: Editing a line item now pre-loads the Code Search dropdown with similar items, so you can swap codes without clearing the search field first.
• Tax rates default automatically: New estimates (manual and AI) include your configured tax rates by default — no need to apply them separately.

Improvements

The Scope Composer now reads as one cohesive panel instead of nested cards. Typing and dictation share a single textarea; transcripts appear inline for review before processing. Material categories use clean dividers, and the cascade-note action is discoverable as a collapsible section.
