Schedule project work events directly on the calendar and assign crew in one flow. Click or drag a time slot to open the creation form pre-filled with the date and time. Select a project and optionally link it to a phase — the system automatically suggests the phase's PM, primary tech, and crew members to save you time.
The system detects crew conflicts before saving. If anyone is already scheduled during that time, you'll see a warning listing their existing commitments. Resolve the conflict by adjusting times or crew, or confirm to schedule anyway.
Mark events private to limit details to the assigned crew, creator, and admins. Private events still occupy their crew's lanes so scheduling stays honest, but others see only a busy block.
