Operant360 now integrates deeply with QuickBooks Online. When you send an invoice, it automatically pushes to your QuickBooks account with the correct tax model for your region (US tax detail or global per-line codes). Payments reconcile automatically in both directions — whether you collect payment through Stripe checkout or record it directly in QuickBooks, the invoice status updates in real-time.
Team members map to QBO employees and clients map to QBO customers, creating a complete audit trail. Approved timesheets now export to QuickBooks for payroll processing with one click, consolidating hours from Operant360 directly into your payroll system.
You can also edit draft invoices directly — add or remove overhead, adjust profit margins, and apply or remove taxes before sending. All changes recalculate totals automatically.
