Photos can now belong to multiple project phases simultaneously. Instead of uploading the same photo to each phase, tag it once and assign it to all relevant phases—useful for progress shots, before/afters, or damage assessments that span mitigation and remediation.
In the lightbox and batch-tagging interface, phase tags appear as removable chips. The gallery filter now includes a "No Phase" option to quickly find untagged photos. Newly uploaded photos also surface under "Today" based on upload time, so recent uploads always appear at the top regardless of EXIF date.
