Improvements
Photos now load instantly in the gallery. We pre-compute smaller thumbnail (300×300) and preview (1200px max) versions as WebP during upload, eliminating per-render transforms and signed-URL signing delays. Gallery updates appear immediately — each upload streams in as it completes, with no page refresh needed.
Batch uploads are now faster and more reliable. We removed app-level rate limits that were blocking large photo uploads, and fixed date parsing so photos sort correctly by upload or capture time.
