The Photos tab now displays a floating progress indicator whenever AI tagging or descriptions are in progress. You can watch the work happen and see the tags appear in your gallery in real-time — the page stays responsive and won't need a refresh.
Contents work-area selection When tagging a photo as part of your Contents phase, you now select the work area alongside the phase. This prevents photos from being silently skipped during inventory analysis.
Capture date clarity Photo date groups now show whether dates come from the photo's metadata (date taken) or your upload time (date uploaded), with a warning indicator when metadata is missing. Filter by "No capture date" to find photos needing manual date entry.
Cleaner project details Phases, Communications, Notes, and Documents tabs now have proper empty states with action buttons. Phase cards display your PM, assigned tech, and all crew members by name — giving you team context at a glance.
