Projects now support custom overhead and profit settings that override your organization defaults. This gives you fine-grained control over markup on a per-project basis—useful when different projects, clients, or scopes require different margin strategies.
Each project offers three options: use organization defaults, set custom overheads and profit percentages, or disable markup entirely. The effective settings are reflected in estimate breakdowns and automatically applied to all estimates within that project.
We've also improved form validation feedback across project and client forms by surfacing validation errors as toasts, ensuring you never miss a required field.
