Each project now includes an Activity Log tab that shows a complete audit trail — who made changes, when they happened, and exactly what values changed. Add manual notes to record conversations or decisions, and export the log as CSV for records or compliance.
The dashboard Recent Activity widget lets you see the latest changes across all projects at a glance.
