Overhead and profit rates now have inline edit and remove affordances directly in the estimate table. Click the pencil icon on any overhead or profit row to open a popover and adjust the percentage, or click the X button to remove it entirely. When you remove a rate, a "+ Add overhead" or "+ Add profit" button appears so you can re-add it later with the effective default prefilled.
These controls are available only on draft estimates — once an estimate moves to internal review or beyond, the totals are locked. Additionally, inline edits (discount, tax, overhead, profit) no longer trigger a page refresh, making adjustments feel instant and eliminating the visual flicker when updating rates.
