Inventory photo thumbnails now display a loading spinner while being analyzed, removing the guesswork from waiting for AI processing to complete. A tooltip clarifies "Analyzing photos…" so you know the system is working. The inventory tab also shows an "Updating…" indicator while refreshing to complete the feedback loop.
Photo analysis progress is tracked at the work area level — if multiple photos are uploading together, all rows in that area reflect the pending state until analysis finishes and thumbnails appear.
