Help guides use clear, direct language

In-app help cards and documentation guides now use plain, direct language for clearer explanations.

What's New

Every in-app help surface — help cards on tabs, documentation guides, accordions, and microcopy on banners — now uses plain, direct language. Removed overly promotional phrasing, excessive em-dashes, and verbose constructions so explanations are easier to scan and understand.

Affected areas include Estimate and Inventory help cards, the Contents Inventory and Phase Estimates guides, price-code setup, Stripe Connect onboarding, and payment-related banners. Meaning is unchanged; readability is improved.
