What's New
Apply flat or percentage discounts to estimates. The discount applies after subtotal but before overhead and profit calculations, so those percentages evaluate on the discounted base. Tax rates preserve your original taxable/non-taxable ratio — a non-taxable item stays proportionally non-taxable even after discount.
Combined with three UX improvements:
- Room is now the first line-item field (with dimension chips inline), eliminating "Room required" errors mid-form.
- Submit and Revision buttons moved to the estimate status dropdown to avoid misclicks while reaching for Add Line Item.
- Formula→unit auto-sync no longer overwrites code-set or user-selected units; it only seeds when the field is empty.
