Estimates can now be submitted for approval to a specific owner, admin, or PM. The approver receives a task, dashboard notification, and email. While pending, team members see who the estimate is waiting on.
When an estimate is rejected, it automatically creates a new editable DRAFT revision with all line items copied over — no data loss, and the original rejection stays in history for reference. Approvers can add notes when approving or rejecting, which the requester sees in their notifications.
