Default team roles can now be edited directly in settings. Click any default role to customize its permissions while keeping the "Default" badge. Position ranks are now displayed as ordinals (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) throughout the roles interface instead of cryptic level numbers, making the hierarchy instantly readable. Sorting still works as expected — click the "Rank" column header to reorder by position.
