What's New
Every photo surface now accepts drag-and-drop uploads. Drag photos directly onto any work area card during the contents phase — no file picker needed. The card highlights when you're dragging over it, and photos are queued for upload just like the traditional picker, with the same progress tracking and error handling.
All PhotoCaptureButton variants (empty state, grid, strip, icon) now accept dropped files, giving you a consistent upload experience across the app.
