Default estimate line items can now be scoped to specific phases. Instead of every default applying to all estimates, you can assign items to the phases where they belong—and items can belong to multiple phases. Items without any phase assignment (Global) appear in every estimate.
The default items interface now displays a card for each phase containing its items, plus a Global card for org-wide defaults. When adding or editing an item, use the multi-select scope picker to choose which phases it applies to. Reordering within a scope only affects that phase's card, leaving other phases untouched.
