Projects and phases now support multiple field technicians (crew members) alongside the single project manager and primary tech role. Create a crew list on your project — when you add a new phase, it automatically inherits the same PM, primary tech, and crew so your team is pre-populated.
Everyone newly assigned to a project or phase gets a dashboard notification plus an email confirmation, so your crew stays in sync without manual coordination.
