What's New
The Contents phase now breaks into eight focused sub-phases, each with its own workflow:
- Documentation builds the inventory list from photos. No estimate or invoice live here — it's pure data entry.
- Estimating sub-phases (Cleaning, Electronics, Structural) each filter the inventory and generate independent estimates with their own revision chains.
- Pack-out, Storage, and Pack Back each have deterministic workflows: CPS handling lines, off-site vault records, and mirrored pack-back items.
Each sub-phase generates its own estimate and invoice, letting field teams and adjusters work in parallel without stepping on each other's numbers.
Inventory improvements
Inventory items now track pack-out details: method, container number, and salvage assessment from photo analysis. The lightbox editor lets you update these fields instantly as you review photos.
New unit of measure (MO = materials only) rounds out the measurement options.
UI polish
The inventory table now fits in the work area without horizontal scrolling, with tighter column sizing and separated delete actions. The "Generate Estimate" button on Documentation correctly disables with a tooltip directing you to the estimating sub-phases.
