Salvageable items in contents phases now get automatic pack-out assignments. After analysis and deduplication, the AI picks the pack-out method: BAGGED for soft goods, BOXED for rigid, fragile, and electronics, or WRAPPED for bulky items. It assigns a tracking number to each pack-out item (B1, B2… for boxes; G1, G2… for bags; W1, W2… for wrapped items). Any manual edits you make are respected; the AI never overwrites them on re-runs.
Salvageable sub-phases (Pack Out, Storage, Pack Back, Textiles, Electronics, Art, Contents Cleaning) now show context-specific empty-state messages instead of generic upload prompts, so you know exactly why a filtered view is empty.
Manual estimate creation is now available on all estimating contents sub-phases as a fallback when the pipeline needs a human touch. Inventory tab toggles respond instantly instead of dragging when toggling many rows.
