What's New
The activity log is now curated to show only the events that matter: project and phase status changes, estimate and invoice lifecycle (sent, approved, completed), task creation and completion, and note activity.
Field edits, scope entries, moisture readings, photo metadata changes, crew assignments, and other operational churn are no longer visible in the log UI or CSV export — but all events remain logged in the database for audit completeness and compliance. You'll see a much cleaner record of business milestones without the noise.
